How Delivery Works
Shipping is free regardless of order value. Once you confirm your order, we begin preparing it within 0-2 business days. You will receive an email when your order is processed and another when it is shipped.
The shipping email will include a link to track your order. Standard shipping takes 6-8 business days, not including weekends and holidays.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@moidra.com. Cancellation is only possible until the order begins to be processed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. This information allows you to follow your shipment as it moves through the delivery process. Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch, depending on the carrier.

Delayed Delivery
