1) How can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@moidra.com. Cancellation is only possible until the order begins to be processed.
2) Is shipping free?
Yes, for all orders in the USA.
3) Can I exchange goods?
If you want to exchange the goods, please email us at support@moidra.com and indicate which product you are interested in. Exchanges are only possible for undamaged items and must be requested within 30 days of delivery. We will then inform you of the next steps.
4) How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect the shipment, we will refund the money to the original payment method within 7 days.
5) How Can I Start the Return Process?

6) Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. This information allows you to follow your shipment as it moves through the delivery process. Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch, depending on the carrier.
