Return Eligibility
Goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns after this period. To start the process, please contact us at support@moidra.com. Returned products must be undamaged and stored in their original packaging. Returns cannot be processed after the 30-day period has expired.
How to Return Goods
Write to us at support@moidra.com and include your order number and the reason for the return. Shipments sent without prior approval cannot be accepted. Once confirmed, we will send you further instructions. Pack the goods carefully to prevent damage during transport. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the shipment, we will refund the money to the original payment method within 7 days. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange the goods, please email us at support@moidra.com and indicate which product you are interested in. Exchanges are only possible for undamaged items and must be requested within 30 days of delivery. We will then inform you of the next steps.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@moidra.com. Cancellation is only possible until the order begins to be processed.
